[FIXED] Olpair.com, OpenLoad.Co/Pair Error on Kodi/ FireStick

Share Post :

Lol I’m looking for a job and I used to own a streaming media player, I know this is a long shot but if it’s that, I don’t want the money, I want to fix this error.

If you receive a message saying “Olpair.com, OpenLoad.Co/Pair Error on Kodi/ FireStick” on your Android Box or Firestick then this post is for you.To resolve this issue you need to follow the step by step instructions provided in this blog post.

If you use popular Kodi add-ons like Exodus Redux, Yoda, etc., it’s likely that you’ve encountered a Kodi Pair error when trying to stream content from certain sources. Whether you are using Kodi 18.3/18.3 Leia or Kodi 17.6 Krypton, the error occurs when you open streams from sources such as Olpair (Openload), tvad.me, vidup.me, thevideo.me and a few others. They require you to go through the linking process on their website in order to play their feeds. There are only a few sources that cause this error, but I know it’s a bit annoying. In this guide, we will look at the different methods to correct the linking error in Kodi.

I’ve seen that all the popular addons get streaming links from tvad.me, vidup.me, and OpenLoad a.k.a.. Olpair. But we’ll talk about that in this guide. Read on!

Why are you seeing Olpair, Tvad.me/pair, Vidup.me/pair, thevideo.me/pair errors in Kodi?

The truth is that the pairing bug in Kodi is not really a bug. This is a requirement for streaming video content from sources such as thevideo.me, Vidup.me, Openload or Tvad.me.

Openload and other similar sources that require pairing offer a huge amount of high-quality content, including your favorite movies, series, documentaries and more. They offer better quality content, with better resolution and fewer buffering issues. And they do it for free.

But because they offer quality content, they get hundreds of thousands of requests to play on their servers. The result is that their servers are overloaded. However, not all the traffic that goes to their servers comes from human requests. Your traffic is usually polluted with automated requests generated by bots and scripts.

The pairing error in Kodi is actually a port that can only be crossed if you are sure it is the person requesting access. So they check all requests to their servers, and only if you confirm that you are human will you be able to access their content.

I recommend following the pairing process for the best streaming quality. The first method shows how to do this. However, if you don’t need links from these sources at all, I have a second method for you.

Method 1: corresponding to your IP address

I like this method better. That way I can avoid the linking error in Kodi without having to give up the quality links from those servers. Just associate your IP address with the website and you will no longer get this error message on all your devices connected to the same network.

For example, if Kodi on your computer and your mobile phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network from which you link the IP address, you will get rid of the pairing error in Kodi on both devices.

Please note that the pair is only valid for 4 hours. After 4 hours the coupling must be carried out again.

Warning: The link passes your original IP address to the content provider. It is highly recommended that you use a VPN before starting the link so that your real IP address is not exposed. I use ExpressVPN to keep my streaming anonymous, and I recommend you do the same.

I will now show you how to link your IP address.

#1 : When a stream source requires linking, a message like this – OpenLoad Stream Authorization – is displayed

#2 : Open the browser on your phone or computer and follow the link in the message. As an example, in this tutorial I will use the admission of an OpenLoad thread.

Open the link https://olpair.com

Tip: If you are using Kodi on an external device such as a FireStick, Fire TV or Fire TV Cube, you can perform the following operations on a computer, mobile phone or tablet connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.

#3 : Check the box I am not a robot.

#4 : You will now see an authentication window as shown below. Complete the verification process by selecting the appropriate images

#5 : If verification is successful, you will see a green check mark before the text I am not a robot. Press the Even key at the bottom

#6 : When your IP address is matched, you will see the message Linking successful!

They fixed the Olpair Kodi bug. Now go back to Kodi and read the streams from these sources. Your IP address will remain linked for 4 hours.

OPINION: The above steps have helped you to get rid of Olpair a.ka. OpenLoad Stream. Authorization. If you experience other linking problems, as shown below, follow the link next to the names and start linking the same way you did with Olpair.

Allow Video.me stream – https://thevideo.me/pair or https://tvad.me/pair

Allow the VidUP.me feed – https://vidup.me/pair

Are Olpair, Vidup.me, Tvad.me, TheVideo.me, OpenLoad safe?

I’ve been using Kodi for a few years now. I have tested, tried and used dozens of addons. I assure you that resources like OpenLoad and Tvad.me that require pairing are safe. In fact, I generally prefer their feeds to others. They only check your IP address to make sure that only people can access their server and that it is not overloaded with access attempts from bots and scripts.

However, these pages may contain licensed or copyrighted content. And if you distribute licensed or copyrighted content, even unintentionally, you are still at risk. Since these sites use your IP address to establish links, you are clearly at risk.

Although these ISPs do not use your IP address for malicious purposes, they may be required to disclose their users’ IP addresses to law enforcement agencies if they are sued for hosting copyrighted content. This could easily get you into trouble.

But you can easily avoid this by using Kodi VPN. As I said before, this is the best course of action.  With a VPN, your internet traffic is redirected via another server. You will be assigned a brand new IP address. VPN service providers use impenetrable encryption protocols and maintain a zero-protocol policy. Your online activities can never be traced.

I use and recommend ExpressVPN because it is the safest, fastest and most reliable VPN service for Kodi and other streaming services. There is also a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service.

Method 2: Disable hosts with captcha in Kodi

If you don’t want to go through the linking process, you can avoid the linking error in Kodi by simply unchecking the Host with Captchas option.

Please note that by doing so you may miss some quality streams from servers like OpenLoad.

Kodi does not have a universal setting to disable captcha hosts for all addons. You must do this for each addon separately.

Below is an image of the hosts with captchas enabled. As you can see, there are many links to OpenLoad. I’ll share a picture later with hosts that have disabled captchas.

In this guide, I’ll use the Exodus addon as an example. But this works for all addons that support OpenLoad or other servers that require linking. Perform the following steps:

#1 : Go to the Kodi home screen and open Addons under Addons > Video Addons

#2 : Scroll down and press Tools

#3 : Open the SETUP option: Reading

#4 : Make sure playback is selected on the left. Now scroll down to File Hosting Filters and disable captcha hosts by turning on the toggle switch.

Below is an image of the hosts with captchas disabled. If you compare this to the image I shared earlier, with all threads enabled, you can see that all OpenLoad threads have disappeared

That’s it! Now go back to the video you wanted to play. You will notice that all feeds from OpenLoad or similar sources that required pairing or captcha authentication have been removed.

Before you start streaming video with Kodi addons or modules, I want to warn you that everything you stream on Kodi is visible to your ISP and the government. This means that streaming copyrighted content (free movies, TV shows, live broadcasts and sports) can lead to legal problems.

Fortunately, there is a reliable way to hide all your streaming activities from your ISP and the government. All you need is a good VPN for Kodi. A VPN masks your original IP address and helps you bypass Internet monitoring, ISP restrictions, and geographic content limitations.

Personally, I use and recommend ExpressVPN, the fastest and most secure VPN. It is compatible with all types of applications and streaming devices.

OPINION: We do not encourage copyright infringement. But what if you accidentally upload content from an illegal source? It is not always easy to distinguish between a legal and an illegal source.

So before you start streaming on Kodi, read here how to get VPN protection in 3 easy steps.

Step one: Purchase your ExpressVPN subscription HERE. It comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means you can use it for free for the first 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the service (which is unlikely), you can ask for a full refund.

Step two: Click HERE to download and install the ExpressVPN application on your streaming device. If you are using a FireStick, I have included the exact steps below, starting with step 4.

Step three: Click on the power icon to connect to the VPN server. That’s it. Now your connection is secure with the fastest and best VPN for Kodi.

The steps to install Kodi VPN on Fire TV devices are described below. If you have other broadcast devices, follow steps 1 to 3 above.

Step four: Sign up for ExpressVPN HERE (if you are not already a subscriber).

Step 5: Go to the Fire TV Stick home screen. Click the Search button and then the Search option (see figure below).

Step six: Type expressvpn into the search bar and select when it appears.

Seventh step: Click on the Download button.

Step 8: Open the ExpressVPN application and log in using the username and password you created when you purchased your ExpressVPN subscription.

Step 9: Click on the power icon to connect to the VPN server. That’s it. Now your FireStick is protected with the fastest VPN.

Summary

The linking error in Kodi can be easily corrected by linking your IP address with Olpair.com, Vidup.me/pair, Tvad.me/pair, thevideo.me/pair or by disabling captcha hosts. Personally, I recommend the first method because it will give you access to better quality feeds. But if you use Real Debrid on Kodi, you might already get high quality links. You may not need feeds from servers that need to be linked. Let me know if you have any questions or comments in the comments section below.
